RealJobCheck

Real Job Check for platforms

For job boards, staffing firms, and career centers.

Every fake posting that reaches your users costs them money and costs you trust. Real Job Check runs the same evidence-cited scam check behind your platform that job seekers use on our site, so the worst postings are caught before anyone applies to them.

What the scan checks

Each posting is checked against real sources: the employer domain's age in registry records, whether the recruiter email matches the company's actual domain, whether the role is cross-listed on the company's own careers page, whether the pay is realistic for the work, and the known scam patterns, from upfront fees and fake checks to gift cards and chat-app redirects. An AI read covers the evasive wording the fixed rules miss. Every verdict cites its evidence, so your team can see why a posting was flagged, not just that it was.

How the API works

Send a posting as text or a URL. You get back JSON with a risk level, a score, and the cited signals, usually in about twenty seconds. At volume, a faster screening pass can triage everything cheaply and reserve the full cited verdict for postings that need a closer look.

Pilot pricing

A pilot needs no integration on your side. Send us a sample of postings (a spreadsheet, a feed, or links) and we run the scans and send back a report with every flag and its evidence. If the results earn it, your developer wires the API into your posting flow afterward, and that is a small job: one call per posting, one decision on the answer.

Who this fits

A checked badge, coming

We are building an embeddable badge a posting can carry once it passes the check, so your users see the verification where they read the job. Pilot partners get it first.

How we treat the data

Postings are processed ephemerally: we scan them, return the verdict, and do not sell them or use them to profile anyone. Aggregate trend tallies (counts only, no text) feed our public Job Scam Tracker. And we score postings, never companies.
